FishCart Call-Back Telephone and E-Mail Support: This service provides flexible incident based support for FishCart for US and Canadian residents. Each incident will have a minimum billing of USD$37.50 for the first fifteen minutes; after the first 15 minutes, billing will be in tenth hour increments at the hourly support rate for this plan. Telephone support for this service plan must be requested from the online support page at https://secure.fishcart.net/support.html or by e-mail to support@fishcart.net; we will return the call as we are available. Support hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will make a "best-effort" attempt to respond to telephone and e-mail support questions within 4 business hours. We will do all that we can to respond no later than the same time of the next regular business day that the original support request is received. The price shown for this plan is its hourly rate. Telephone support is requested by calling the FishNet office during support hours; if we are unavailable, we will call you back as quickly as we can. Support hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will make a "best-effort" attempt to respond within 4 business hours.
